This Sunday we felt like doing something other than the usual brunch and mimosas. After a bit of research, we decided to venture into the Texas Hill Country, our sights set on Becker Vineyards in Fredericksburg. Fredericksburg was founded in 1846 and it is known for its traditional German charm, which shines through in everything from the architecture to the cuisine.
